Weddings at Rosewood Country House Prices for 2009 Photography only: $150 / hour The floral gardens and gazebo of Rosewood can be rented for wedding photographs @ $150 / hour. No photography indoors. This price does not include the photographer's fee. Service & Photography: Flat fee of $1,500.00 For Service and photography there is a flat fee of $1,100.00. This fee includes decorations in the Gazebo including two large bouquets, music, photography outdoors as well as some indoor locations. Additional charges will be applied to any punch and/or hors d'oeuvres served. This fee does not include the photographer's fee, or any fee for musicians, marriage commissioner and floral arrangements for the bridal party.Service, Photography & Reception: (maximum of 25-30 guests) The flat fee for the rental of Rosewood and all wedding consultation is $4,400. These charges include a tent rental, floral baskets and decorations in the Gazebo, floral decorations on reception tables, buffet tables and bar area. Use of Rosewood's china, antique linens, and platters. Sound system for the dining area and Gazebo. Use of the entire grounds, and most of the first floor of the house for the wedding guests, and use of the master suite for the bridal party and the games room for the Groom's party. The price does not include rental for tables, chairs, cutlery, glassware, tablecloths steam tables etc. (prices vary depending on the number of guests). The reception would be catered by Rosewood with the cost also varying from approximately $25 - $40.00 per person depending on the choice of menu. Menus will be available during a private consultation. Additional charges: Photographer's fee, Marriage Commissioner; musicians (string quartet, or harpist), floral arrangements and decorations over and above what Rosewood is able to provide and floral arrangements for the bridal party. Alcohol/wine, ice, rental of a cooler. The reception ends at 9:00 pm. Sunset Suite If the bride and groom are staying over night in the Sunset Suite an additional charge of $250.00 will be applied for the room which includes a full gourmet champagne breakfast the next morning. If the bridal couple wishes, there is an additional suite available (The Garden Suite at $250.00) for another couple to stay at Rosewood.
